Entry #5: Mayhem during Football Season

Football season is back. I know I am pretty late to write this, but better late than never. Welcome back to the blog, and first things first, who's everyone's favorite football team. It can be college football or the NFL and if you don't have one, just say you don't have one. It's as simple as that. I understand that there can be many accidents during football season, and people late to the game is one of them. That's why insurance is such an important thing. I know my insurance can cover it, but can yours cover it? People going 40 down a 10 with cars on both sides and then don't get me started on people who take more than one parking spot. Look I get the fact that you like your car and don't want anyone scratching it or anything, but by taking up more than one spot I am going to come around looking for one see what you did hook up some cables and move it into one spot. I am a nice guy like that aren't I helping them learn how to park and helping others get a spot (All of this is just a joke. I just found a different parking spot.). I can't stress how important insurance is to have, though seriously. Now if you have seen any insurance company ads, you can tell that they do it so that you get their insurance even if it isn't as good. I know my old insurance had me paying double my current and it was hurting my income majorly.

Here is an example of an insurance ad: (5396) Mayhem Mascot :15 - YouTube. This is a very funny ad and if you can't tell by what he is trying to tell you is to buy their insurance. I know I don't need it, but some people do, so they will buy it. I will say though I do like the fact that he is driving a Mustang, but that's off-topic. We are talking about football and insurance, though I am realizing now that I haven't even said my favorite football team. I prefer college football over the NFL, but if I had to pick one from both, I would pick the Arizona Cardinals and The University of Utah as my football teams. So now that you know who mine are, you could tell me yours, but that is up to you to decide. I will say though that Sunday Night football with the family during dinner is a fun time. Now there are also the crazy drivers trying to get to football games not caring about where people's cars are. Our culture is surrounded by cars, football, and some others that I am forgetting. The one thing in common is that they all include insurance. Now these are not just guy things women like these things too. Everyone likes insurance until it comes back to bite us though, that's for sure.

Now the ads that I linked up have one thing in common and that's being pretty funny until it happens to you. I will say though I enjoy watching these things happen because it is funny to me. These ads reach out to certain people, and they are designed to get your attention with loud noises and bright colors that fly by. An example of this could be you are watching something on the TV and a noise comes from your phone. This will divert your attention from whatever you are watching on your TV to whatever notification pops up on your phone. The way this ad works is you start out as the perspective in front of the car driving forward. The next part that comes up is that the car that is being driven while the insurance guy talks is he hits a car and says, "If you have cut-rate car insurance, the cost to cover that may tank your season". What you learn from this is if this happens during the season you may not be able to buy any more football tickets due to insurance. The last part of the ad is him pulling into three different parking spots and putting on his mascot head to go to the game. This ad makes me feel as if I should be scared to go to any event in case this happens, but unfortunately for them, it would also be funny to see it happen. The reason ads are set up like this is to convince people that if this ever happens, they will be there to help you at any time.

Well, I hope that you all enjoyed this short blog. I am signing out now though. Keep safe people and make sure to have fun in your everyday lives.
